A useful lineup routine for five-a-side
For a ten-player game, start with the confirmed participants and agree how your group wants to split them. Consider who will play in goal, which players prefer defending and how substitutes will rotate if you have more than ten.

Shuffle teams or balance them using recent ratings
Futix includes Shuffle teams and Balance teams options when organizing the sides. Shuffle gives you a fresh split, while balancing uses recent player ratings. Players without ratings start at an average level. Review the result, adjust the players if needed and save the teams when you are ready.
Ratings give the team split a starting point. You can still swap players or move them into empty spots to account for preferred roles and who will play in goal. If the generated split does not work for your group, adjust it before saving.
Connect the teams to what happens on the pitch
